What do I need to send you?
At minimum, the listing link or VIN. The more you add — CARFAX/AutoCheck, a PPI, service records, photos, seller messages — the sharper and more confident the verdict. Don't have a history report yet? Send what you have and we'll flag what's missing.
Is this an inspection or a guarantee?
No. PreBuyIQ is decision support based on the information you provide and public reference data. It is not a certification, appraisal, warranty, or safety inspection, and it doesn't replace a professional pre-purchase inspection — it tells you exactly what that inspection should look for.
How fast will I get it back?
Most reports come back within 24–48 hours. Concierge reports are prioritized. If a deal is moving fast, tell us in the intake and we'll do our best to match it.
What if new information comes in?
For 30 days after your report, send us new docs — a fresh PPI, the seller's records, updated photos — and we'll rerun the analysis for free and show you what changed.
What kinds of cars do you cover?
